Akachochin, South Wharf. Every day in June. $20

Arbory, Northbank. Every day during June. $25 A roast pork menu that champions ethical, free range pigs alongside Tarra Warra Pinot Noir. Arbory Bar & Eatery’s Head Chef Nick Bennett has created a menu for ‘The Roast Collection’ that celebrates pork alongside the best of Victorian seasonal produce.

Artusi, Southgate. Every day in June. $35 Warm yourself up with wood fired Western Plains pork. We’ll be stoking the fires and turning up the heat, as we Put Victoria on Your Table with a slow roasted Western Plains suckling pig straight from our wood fired oven. Available daily.

A warming Massaman curry of roast local lamb shank. Come and savour this sweet and mild curry of roasted local lamb shanks with potatoes, onions and coconut cream served with steamed jasmine rice.

Bohemian Bar & Restaurant, South Wharf. Every Sat & Sun during June. $35-$40
The Great Spanish Roast showcases suckling pig and roast lamb in true Spanish style in a two or three course lunch with a glass of beautiful Yarra Valley pinot noir included.

Common Man, South Wharf. Every day in June, $55 for two
Common Man has teamed up with Salt Kitchen Charcuterie to bring you some of Victoria’s best pork, Mt Mercer Pork, Victoria’s finest in the Western Plains. Fruit Talk, our vegetable supplier, has foraged the state to find the best winter vegetables, Target and Golden Beetroots from Cannons Creek, Thorpdale Sebago potatoes and baby turnips from Boneo.

Left Bank, Southbank Promenade. 14 & 21 June. $85
Head chef Mark will tantalise your taste buds with a composition of roasted Western Plains free range suckling pig and perfectly executed “dirt candy” – locally sourced organic vegetables – accompanied by a selection of reserve Victorian wines presented by Oakridge family wine maker Dom Valentine.

Meat Market, South Wharf. Sundays in June. $25
Join us riverside every Sunday for lunch as our chefs prepare a delicious roast with all the trimmings sourced from the best Victorian producers for only $25.Each week your roast will be matched with a locally produced wine or beer for an additional $6.

Rosetta, Crown. Every day in June. $55
For the month of June, dine at Rosetta and enjoy Spatchcock from Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula roasted in the custom built wood fire oven, served with cauliflower gratin, tomato and olive salsa with your choice of matched wine from Chalmers Heathcote range of Italian varietals.

Tutto Benne, Southgate. 1-30 June. $35
Tutto Bene is serving up a traditional Italian feast in June, as the team cook up slow-roasted organic duckling from Milawa. Available daily and matched with Victorian wine.

Wharf Hotel, WTC Wharf. Every day in June. $35
Slow-roasted Gippsland beef shin chilli con carne with guacamole, corn on the cob, rice, tomato salsa, sour cream, tortillas & lime.

World Restaurant & Bar, Southbank Promenade. Every day in June. $25-$30 Celebrate local Victorian produce by joining us for Chef’s pan roasted Gippsland beef shin, carrot, pumpkin, parsnip this June.
